After cleansing, apply 4-5 drops of HLR Drops to your face, neck and chest, and gently pat into the skin affirming that you are beautiful, until fully absorbed. Follow with Ultra Shade by squeezing out the lotion onto the tip to the base of your forefinger and middle finger. Smooth evenly into your skin 15 minutes before daily sun exposure then reapply at least every 2 hours.
